A north-east health board is appealing for members of the public to nominate nurses that have gone above and beyond.
The Nurses’ League’s is dedicating an award to NHS Grampian as part of its reward and recognition programme for its 80th anniversary.
Forming part of the celebrations, The Nurses’ League’s will gift £500 to allow a registered nurse or midwife to enhance their personal and professional development.
Any patient or family member who has received outstanding individual care from a member of the registered nursing and midwifery team is asked to nominate them for the award, and include why they believe that the person is worthy of it.
Nominations should be made to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The closing date for submissions is August 31.
