Plans have been lodged to build 11 luxury homes in Aberdeen.
Housebuilder AJC Limited is looking to build the properties on land to the north of Culter House Road.
The five-bedroom homes would come with associated car parking, with space for three cars being allocated to each house.
As part of the project, local residents were consulted at a public meeting in May of this year, where they were invited to leave comments.
Attendees said they were concerned about the possible increase in traffic on Culter House Road, as well as the possibility of flooding and the lack of woodland that would be available should the development go ahead.
A representative of AJC also visited Cults, Bieldside and Milltimber Community Council, with planning officer Peter Roberts stating that the development was in keeping with the Cults area.
