Plans for an outdoor roof terrace seating area at an Aberdeen bar have been given the green light.
Proposals had previously been lodged with Aberdeen City Council for alterations at Dizzy’s Bar And Diner on Carden Place.
Planning documents described the proposals as “change the use of an existing roof terrace to form additional seating area for bar/restaurant”.
Also included is the formation of a roof over the existing courtyard to create a private dining room, minor extensions and internal alterations to form staff areas and toilets.
The plans were approved conditionally, including that the roof terrace only be used between 6pm and 11pm during the week and noon to 11pm at weekends.
