A display of memories exploring war and conflict will be on show when a city centre gallery reopens.
Aberdeen Art Gallery, the Remembrance Hall and Cowdray Hall are currently being redeveloped.
When they reopen, the Remembrance Hall balcony will have digital exhibitions that will focus on people who live or have lived in Aberdeen. The exhibition will open at the end of 2017 but people are being asked to share their memories now.
It can be local stories, photographs, poems, drawings or artefacts relating to times of conflict. Aberdeen City Council is collecting digitised versions which may be displayed in the gallery.
If people associate memories with particular music they can submit details and the music could be played in the gallery too. The first display will focus on people who served in World War 1.
