Fraserburgh v Rangers game OFF due to frozen pitch

Fraserburgh’s Scottish Cup tie with Rangers has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.

A pitch inspection took place at Bellslea at 12pm and the pitch was deemed unplayable.

The game has been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 31 with a 7.45pm kick off.

It is the third Scottish Cup fourth round tie in the north east to be postponed because of frost.

Friday’s game between Formartine United and Cove Rangers and today’s clash between Peterhead and Dumbarton were also called off.
