Four men have been arrested in a raid at a North-east takeaway.
The Bangladeshi men, who are are aged between 26 and 48, were arrested and detained at the Rajpoot takeaway on West High Street, Inverurie on Saturday.
The Home Office said checks had found that three of the men had allegedly overstayed their visas and one had entered the UK illegally.
They now face deportation.
The owners of Rajpoot face a financial penalty of up to £20,000 per worker unless they can demonstrate that appropriate right-to-work document checks were carried out, such as seeing a passport or Home Office document confirming permission to work.
