Four men have been charged after a man was allegedly assaulted in a north-east town.
Police were called to Ellon’s Gordon Park just after 2am on Saturday morning after reports of a disturbance.
Two men aged 43 and 25 and two men aged 21 have been charged in relation to the alleged assault.

They have been reported to the Procurator Fiscal and are expected to appear at court at a later date.
A 15-year-old male has also been charged in relation to an alleged assault and will be reported to the Youth Justice Management Unit.
Ellon Sergeant Andy Sawers said: “While this is unusual for the Ellon area, the incident has been dealt with quickly and robustly by local officers. We are particularly grateful for the support of the community while our inquiries continue.”
