An investigation has been launched after vandals smashed the windows of an Aberdeen family centre.
Five windows of the Williamson Family Centre in Aberdeen were damaged by heartless hooligans.
A number of windows were also chipped with the overall damage valued at around £600.
The facility on Mastrick Close provides a day nursery to parents in the area.
Aberdeen City Council owns the property and has patched up the windows until they can be fixed.
It is understood the nursery room and garden are currently unable to be used because of the damage.
The incident happened overnight between Monday and Tuesday.
A Police Scotland spokesman they are carrying out inquiries.
He said: “Police can confirm we are investigating a vandalism in the Mastrick Close area.
“As a result, a number of windows were broken with the damage estimated at a mid three-figure sum.”
