Drivers will be banned from using a busy Aberdeen road for four days while a lay-by construction gets under way.
Aberdeen City Council has imposed a temporary driving restriction on South Loirston Road in Cove, between South Loirston and Whitehills, from 8am on June 25 until 10pm on June 29.
The local authority said the measure has been put in place in the interests of public safety during lay-by construction works.
Drivers are advised that an alternative route will be available via Cove Road, Earns Heugh Road and Langdykes Road.
Meanwhile, temporary traffic signals are in use at Auchinyell Road until June 13, while works by Scottish Water take place.
