Firm applies for permission to demolish part of Aberdeen pub

A demolition warrant has been lodged for part of a former pub in Aberdeen’s city centre.

Drumrossie Land Development Company has submitted proposals to build 20 flats on the site
of the former East Neuk pub and lounge on King Street.
