A plant-based cafe, zero waste shop and refillery is set to open in an Aberdeenshire town.
Baobab Banff, situated on Low Street in Banff, is preparing to open to the public in the coming month.
The venue will serve a variety of hot and cold drinks to customers, as well as delicious breakfast and lunch dishes including pancakes, porridge, soup and sandwiches.
There will also be a line-up of delicious pies and sausage rolls on offer produced by Steven Buchan – owner of Peterhead-based baking firm Vegan Bay Baker – as well as handcrafted vegan products from Walking the Pack Natural Range and Salt – Sea and Land Tribe.
Local businesses offering vegan food, drink, cosmetics and bath products are being encouraged to get in touch with the owners.
