An extension has been granted for applications to speak at a pre-determination hearing to decide the fate of a proposed new multi-million pound stadium in the North-east.
The deadline for people wishing to speak at the pre-determination for the new £50 million Aberdeen Football Club stadium has been pushed forward to 5pm on Monday.
Aberdeen Football Club have submitted the application to build a 20,000-seat stadium and community facilities at Kingsford.
The hearing is set to take place from Wednesday, January 17, at 9.30am in the Aberdeen City Council.
A full council meeting will take place on Monday, January 29, from 10.30am to consider the application for planning consent.
City council members had originally been due to make the decision on October 11. However, this meeting was delayed following a request from Aberdeen Football Club.
The stadium plans have generated significant controversy and campaign group No Kingsford Stadium has argued that there are more appropriate sites for the Dons facilities.
