Beer is back in the North-east this summer, with the region’s biggest celebration of brew returning.
Stonehaven’s Midsummer Beer Happening has announced dates.
The launch of the festival attracted more than 4,000 visitors last year and helped raise £16,000 for charity.
Enthusiasts flocked to sample real ales, Belgian beers, and crafted brews, as well as live music, food, and cycling events. And this year the event will take place from June 16 to 18 at Baird Park.
Organiser Robert Lindsay said: “One of the most frequent comments was just how warm and welcoming the whole thing was (last year). It’s good to be not just the biggest North-east beer festival but known as the friendly one too.”
