An event is set to step up efforts to raise money for a new LGBT parade in the Granite City.
Organisers behind Grampian Pride, which is set to take place on Union Street in May, have organised a fundraiser to help raise money for the event.
The Love is Love fundraiser will involve live entertainment from Kit Purnell.
The evening will take place at Halo Live Lounge on Crown Street on February 2, from 9pm until 1am.
All proceeds will go towards Grampian Pride, which is the first LGBT pride parade to take place in the North-east.
It is the second fundraiser the group has organised in a bid to help pay for the event, which is expected to cost around £35,000.
And the free parade is expected to attract thousands of people.
A spokesperson for Grampian Pride said: “How could you afford to miss it?
“Help us raise funds for Grampian Pride 2018 and experience this once-in-a-lifetime event.”
