Enforcement action could be taken against a property developer for unauthorised works to a historic mansion house.
Kirkwood Homes appealed to Scottish Government last year after Aberdeen City Council refused listed building consent for an external chimney at Inchgarth House in Garthdee.
But they agreed with the council it was not in keeping with the form of the original building.

A report to the local authority’s planning committee, which meets on Thursday, said no works have taken place to rectify it since May 2018 when the appeal failed.
It asks councillors to authorise the serving of an enforcement notice to the owner of the property to remove the chimney and rectify the breach.
The C-listed property was built around 1860 for ex-naval officer Lieutenant George Skene Taylor.
Kirkwood Homes was approached for comment.
