Emergency services have been called to a two-vehicle collision on a major road.
The incident occurred on the A90, near Laurencekirk, at around 5.20pm.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “It was a two vehicle RTC, one person has very minor injuries.
“The ambulance service have been called, as one person has a sore wrist.
“One vehicle was blocking the road, and we are still on scene.”
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service added: “We are dealing with a vehicle to make it safe.”
