A chimney has fallen from a city rooftop.
The incident happened at a property on Esslemont Avenue near Rosemount.
Two appliances from Altens and Central Fire Stations were sent to the scene after a call at 6.55pm.
Police Scotland are also currently en route.
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “The crews are currently making the chimney safe using a height vehicle.
“Police Scotland have been informed and are en route.”
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “We received a call from the fire service to help them in securing a chimney. We are strictly there to provide traffic management.”
The emergency services were unable to confirm if the road was closed for any period of time.
Emergency services left the scene at 7.35pm after the chimney pot was secured.
