Four Aberdeen streets are set to have a parking ban for more than a year to allow emergency vehicle access.
Aberdeen City Council has imposed a temporary parking prohibition on Fairlie Street, Smithfield Drive, Fowler Avenue and an unnamed access road serving Smithfield Court.
The ban is in effect as of 8am on Thursday until 11pm on August 21, 2019.
The temporary traffic restriction is necessary to prevent obstructive parking and ensure emergency vehicle access.
Drivers are advised that illegally parked vehicles will be removed at the owners’ expense.
