Two city streets are to face disruption.
The Thistle Street food market will close the road between its junctions with Rose Street and Chapel Street on Saturday May 12.
Aberdeen City Council has made the closure decision to protect public safety for the duration of the event.
The street will close at 6am and reopen at 8pm.
On the night before the market, which is due to start at 10am, there will be a waiting restriction in the same area, preventing vehicles from stopping.
The order is due to take effect at 6pm on May 11.
A popular outing for those in the north-east, the food market brings together local artisan producers of food and drink.
The council has also announced a one-way restriction on Souter Head Road between its junctions at the Altens roundabout and the entrance to the Aberdeen Altens Hotel, allowing traffic only to flow westbound, between June 12-24, for essential electrical work.
