MORE than 70 food lovers gathered at a golf resort to test out the region’s finest food.
Members of the Grampian Food Forum Dining Club met at the Trump International Golf Links near Balmedie.
They were invited to the clubhouse and brasserie before being treated to an “imaginative” six course taster menu celebrating Scotland.
Chefs created dishes including apple and white pudding bonbons and a hazelnut chocolate ganache.
Food and beverage manager Chris Hodgens said: “We know that the forum is held in high regard and we were delighted to have the opportunity to showcase the level of excellence you would expect with a five star dining experience.”
