Fire crews battled a North-east flat fire for around two hours.
The incident happened at around 2am yesterday at Buckie’s Low Street.
Two appliances from Buckie and Cullen were called to the incident as well as an ambulance.
One person had to be given oxygen treatment at the scene.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “We are unsure if the person had to be taken to hospital but we know they were treated at the scene.
“We left the area at around 4.10am.”
