A man is receiving treatment from an ambulance crew following a house fire in Kingswells.
Three appliances with thirteen firefighters and an ambulance crew were called to the scene at Fairley Road to tackling the blaze at around 4.20pm.
It is understood the fire started in the kitchen, but was extinguished by crews with the call to stop given at 4.35pm.
The man was treated by an ambulance crew for smoke inhalation and burns.
A spokeswoman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called to the area at 4.17pm and had three engines there.
“One man is being attended to by the ambulance crew. No surrounding properties were evacuated.
“The call to stop has been given but we remain on the scene.”
