Crews called to fire at Aberdeenshire farm

Fire crews were called to a blaze at an Aberdeenshire farm building today.

Two appliances, one from Insch and another from Alford, tackled the fire at Premnay, Aberdeenshire.

They were called to the incident at around 4.45pm, with the blaze under control shortly after 6pm.

A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: “A thermal imaging camera and small hand tools were in use.

“There were no casualties.”
