A man has denied a racist attack on a male in Aberdeen.
Kevin Donegan, 23, is alleged to have assaulted the man by repeatedly punching him on the head in a racially aggravated incident.
It is alleged to have happened on Park Street in the city on October 12 last year.
Donegan, of Wales Street, Aberdeen, was not personally present at Aberdeen Sheriff Court when the case called but pled not guilty through his solicitor John Hardie.
Sheriff Ian Wallace continued the matter to a preliminary hearing in August.
