A man seen throwing wraps of cocaine into a communal garden has been fined.
Darren Milne, 30, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court after four wraps of the drug were found.
Depute fiscal Anna Chisholm said they were “recovered by police who observed the accused throwing into the communal garden area” at an address on George Street.
She said the cocaine weighed a total of 7.9g with an estimated street value of £350.

Milne, of Auldearn Gardens, Aberdeen, pled guilty to possession of cocaine on March 26.
Defence agent Kevin Longino said: “Having been out of trouble for some time, he had difficulties last year and fell back into drug use.”
Sheriff Andrew Miller fined him £200.
