Four site managers from the north-east branch of a housebuilding company have received recognition from an industry body.
Fred Anderson, Iain Dickinson, Robert Murney and Rob Swanson from CALA Homes (North) have each won a 2018 National Home Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job Quality Award in recognition of their work at CALA at Grandhome in Bridge of Don, The Grange at Balgownie in Bridge of Don, Cults Park development and Milltimber Grange at Oldfold Village.
To achieve the accolade, each site manager is assessed across 37 different areas of site management, including technical knowledge, quality and consistency.
Steve Jarvie, construction director for CALA Homes (North), said: “NHBC Pride in the Job is the highest industry accolade a site manager can receive and we are delighted that four of our site managers – along with each of the development’s wider teams – have been recognised in this way.”
Iain Dickinson added: “It is a great feeling to be recognised with the highest industry prize, however, this simply wouldn’t have been possible without the support of a quality team.”
