Part of a busy road is to close overnight as work is carried out by Scottish Water.
Broomhill Road will close between its junctions with Salisbury Terrace and Abergeldie Road, from 6.30pm on Monday until 6am next Tuesday.
Access to properties will be maintained but no through traffic will be possible.
Aberdeen City Council has said the measures are necessary to protect public safety during ironwork repairs being carried out by Scottish Water.
An alternative route is available via South Anderson Drive, Great Western Road and Holburn Road.
