A POPULAR Aberdeen pub is set to be sold for the first time in 30 years.
Andy and Anne Chapman have owned the Kittybrewster Bar and Ashgrove Lounge since 1984.
Anne Chapman said: “When my parents bought it, the previous family had owned it since it was first established as a temperance hotel, so this is the first time it will ever have been out of the hands of one of our families.
“Bar work is constant, you don’t get much time to yourself and now I have a granddaughter I’d love to spend more time with her.”
The premises are on sale for offers over £480,000.
