Two children have been taken to hospital after a bonfire went out of control in the North-east.
A five and eight-year-old were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with minor injuries after the incident on the outskirts of Tarves, near Ellon, at 8.20pm last night.
A 28-year-old woman was suffered flash burns as a result of the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Three people suffered flash burns following the incident at Bridgefoot Croft near Tarves.
“Initially we had reports that seven people were injured but it turned out there were three hurt.
“Two children were taken to hospital with leg injuries.”
