An animal charity is calling on pet lovers to squeak up to give 16 mice new homes.
The mice are currently being looked after at the SSPCA’s Drumoak centre, with seven of them being four-week old babies.
Originally nine mice were taken into the centre due to overcrowding.
However, it was later discovered than one of the creatures was pregnant, with the newborns bringing the total up to 16.
SSPCA Drumoak centre manager Graeme Innes, said: “If you’re interested in meeting these adorable mice then pop along to the centre any day (closed Tuesday) between 10am and 4pm to meet them.”
