A north-east cancer charity has encouraged residents to support its shops during the festive period.
CLAN Cancer Support has rallied behind the Charity Retail Association, which has launched a national campaign to encourage people to buy their Secret Santa gifts from charity shops.
The Aberdeen-based charity, which has stores in the Granite City, Ballater, Orkney and Shetland, is encouraging north-east residents to consider CLAN shops while buying presents.
Fiona Fernie, CLAN’s head of income generation and business development, said: “Christmas is always a very special time of year and our shops have a wide range of stock which would make for the perfect Secret Santa gift for family, friends or work colleagues.
“We’re always happy to welcome customers and shopping with us during the Christmas season is the perfect way to help us support people.”
