Two north-east charities have joined forces to provide a relaxed Santa’s Grotto session.

The grotto in the Bon Accord Centre, which is run this year by The ARCHIE Foundation, will join up with charity Me Too! to host a relaxed session this weekend.

Where possible, The ARCHIE Foundation will be dimming lights, turning off music and creating a calming environment for children with additional support needs.

It takes place on Sunday, between 4 and 6pm in the Bon Accord Centre.

Tickets for the event cost £4.50 per child, which includes entry to the grotto, the chance to see singing reindeer, meet Santa and receive a gift.

The grotto is currently only open at weekends, but will be open on weekdays and weekends from Monday.
