A public consultation on plans to refurbish Aberdeen Market will take place next month.
Proposals to transform the former BHS store and indoor market were lodged by Rockspring, which is now known as Patrizia, earlier this year.
The new development would include retail space on Union Street, as well as cafes and restaurants on Market Street and The Green, and office space.

The consultation event will be held on November 1, from noon until 8pm, at the former BHS site on Union Street.
Shaun Hose, director of Patrizia, said: “We know how passionate people are about revitalising their city centre and we’re looking forward to playing a key role in this.
“We hope to have some exciting conversations about our vision of enhancing this location with a focus on creating a more vibrant place, both during the day and at night, through the right blend of retail, leisure, cultural and office uses.”
