A popular fundraising event in aid of a north-east cancer charity is to return this autumn.
CLAN at the Castle will be held again at Crathes Castle on September 2 and will run from 10am until 4pm.
There will be three sponsored walk routes and a family fun day with inflatables, entertainment and refreshments, which hundreds of people turned out for last year.
The walks are suitable for all ages, and cover 1.4 miles, 5.7 miles or 12.3 miles, which can be taken part as a family, group, corporate team or individually.
Steph McCann, CLAN’s fundraising team manager, said: “We were delighted with the first CLAN at the Castle event last year and we are very much looking forward to bringing it back to Crathes Castle in September.
“Sponsored walks have always been popular events for us, and we can’t wait to welcome people from across the north-east and beyond back again this year.
“The event will have something for everyone, so we’d urge you to put your best foot forward, bring your family and friends and enjoy a fun-filled day in the stunning Crathes Castle grounds on Royal Deeside.”
Wristbands for the family fun day can be purchased on the day for £5 or online.
