An animal charity is seeking a new home for a horse who has been in its care for more than seven months.
The Scottish SPCA is seeking a new home for Yorkie, a horse who is currently at the centre in Drumoak after arriving there through no fault of her own.
Scotland’s animal welfare charity is keen to find Yorkie a loving home as she has been living there for more than 225 days.
Scottish SPCA Aberdeenshire centre manager Graeme Innes said: “Yorkie is a cheeky girl who can be quite nervous and unsure of the farrier and vet so she will require extra reassurance.
“We feel she would be best suited with an experienced owner who can provide her with plenty of love and care.”
Anyone who can offer Yorkie a suitable new home is asked to contact the Scottish SPCA’s centre in Aberdeenshire on 03000 999 999.
The centre is open from 10am to 4pm every day apart from Tuesday.
