An Aberdeen family are among those who have benefited from a charity’s mindfulness session.
Jessica Reid and Lewis Murray, whose son Ollie was born in August, were told he only had one kidney and had two holes in his heart, and suffered from a rare genetic condition called CHARGE syndrome.
The family are currently staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Glasgow, while doctors bring a major operation forward, having found a third hole in his heart.
The charity offered mindfulness support in order to support families, and helping them to stay calm through the stressful situation.

Jessica, 26, said: “We found it very useful and realised how important it was to take time out and make time for yourself. The session also helped me to realise I need to appreciate the little things in life.”
