A big police presence has been spotted in an Aberdeen community this morning.
At least five police cars and vans were in Kittybrewster Square, with police dogs also in attendance.
They were seen in the area at about 10am but had left the scene about an hour later.
It is not known why the officers were called out to Kittybrewster.
A police spokeswoman said the police presence is in relation to an ongoing inquiry but had no further information about that at the moment.
