The gates at Thainstone have opened for this year’s Taste of Grampian.
More than 15,000 people are expected to flock to the popular food and drink festival, now in its 18th year.
A record 200 food, drink and craft exhibitors have set up stalls at the Thainstone Centre for this year’s event.
Cookery demonstrations by celebrity chef James Martin, 2016’s MasterChef: The Professionals winner Gary McLean and top local chefs will be sure to delight the crowds throughout the day with wine tips provided by expert Susy Atkins.
And like last year there will be the opportunity to have your child’s picture taken with a Highland Cow calf in the motor show area – with pictures featuring on our website on Monday.
Tickets for this year’s event are available on the gate for £8 with kids going free with paying adults.
And with the sun beating down on the centre the advice is to bring plenty of suncream and keep yourself and children well hydrated.
