More than £45,000 has been raised for charity from a ball.
The money was made at CLAN Cancer Support’s Wanderlust Ball, held on Saturday at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC).
A total of 320 guests attended the event, which was organised in support of the north-east-based cancer charity.
All funds will go towards providing support services to people with cancer and their families.
Fiona Fernie, head of income generation and business development at CLAN, said: “We are absolutely delighted that the Wanderlust Ball has been a big success.
“CLAN celebrates its 35th anniversary this year and the success of the evening and the totals raised show the impact we have on people’s lives.
“I’m very thankful to everyone who supported the event and helped to raise such a fantastic total.”
