A man has been charged after a woman was allegedly indecently assaulted at a bus stop in Aberdeen.
The alleged incident took place at the number 19 bus stop on Union Street, near its junction with Bridge Street, at around 8am on Sunday.
The man, aged 38, has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward. Police officer PC Ramsay said: “This was an upsetting incident for the woman and I would urge anyone who was at the number 19 bus stop near Bridge Street and who hasn’t spoken to police to come forward.
“I can confirm that a man has been charged, however we would still like to hear from members of the public who were in the area and may have information that could further assist our inquiries.
