A quad bike worth around £6,000 has been stolen in the north-east.
The Can-Am bike was taken at some point between 4pm last Thursday and 10am on Friday from the Glens of Foudland area near Huntly.
PC Mark Douglass said: “We are appealing for anyone who may have seen suspicious activity around a derelict property in the Glens of Foudland, or if you saw vehicles in the area around the time of the theft to get in touch with us.
“No piece of information is too small and could assist us with our inquiries.
“Additionally, we would ask that if anyone is offered a Can-Am quad bike that they consider its origins and if you have suspicions it could be stolen, to call us on 101.
“Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 1181 of 22 June.”
