Man airlifted to ARI remains in serious condition after North-east crash

A 21-year-old man airlifted to hospital after a North-east crash remains in a serious condition.

A 50-year-old man, who suffered serious injuries in the head on collision and his 18-year-old passenger, who suffered minor injuries, were also treated at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.

The collision on the A98 near Portsoy at 4.50pm on Friday.

A section of the road was closed for some time for police to investigate.
