A city hotel will host an afternoon tea to raise funds for an animal rescue centre.
Dunavon House Hotel in Dyce is to host the event on June 1 at 1.30pm to benefit Alex’s Farm of Strays, which is based in Tremithousa, Cyprus, but rehomes across Europe.
It comes after one of the dogs taken in by the centre, called Basil, was rehomed in Aberdeen.
A statement by the hotel said: “This is a great afternoon out which also helps fund the running of the shelter and looking after as many dogs as possible during their time at the shelter.”
From the £22.50 ticket price for the event, £10 will be donated to Alex’s Farm of Strays to support the centre.
