Members of the public are being advised that access to a hospital is to change for maintenance works.
Royal Cornhill Hospital, in Aberdeen, will be affected for up to nine days as work by VitalEnergi will be carried out on a pipeline which was put in last year, including the installation of underground heating pipework.
The one-way access system between the kitchen and patient car park will be shut for the duration, which was due to start today.
A small area of the staff car park will also be lost while the work is carried out.
A statement from NHS Grampian said: “Patient parking will not be accessible from the Berryden Road entrance.
“Patients will need to access the site from the Cornhill Road entrance.
“During office hours, Chap Construction will have a member of staff positioned at this entrance to direct patients to use the Cornhill Road entrance.”
