Graffiti artists with a difference will be taking part in a workshop in Aberdeen.
Aberdeen’s Nuart Festival will challenge the stereotype that graffiti and street art is for young people – by encouraging over-65s to get involved.
Taking place on April 17 and 19, the sessions, called LATA 65 – Young At Heart, will be led by internationally renowned curator and architect Lara Seixo Rodrigues.
The Portuguese artist said: “My favourite thing about doing LATA 65 is watching the huge transformation that each senior goes through.

“It’s always amazing having the possibility, of just after a few small challenges, watching the older group just like any bunch of kids having fun in front of a wall.
“There’s no pain, no traumas, and without any definition of what is right or perfect for a person of their age.”
