A lecturer will give a talk on issues facing the future young workforce.
Professor Heather Fulford, of Robert Gordon University’s (RGU) Aberdeen Business School, will outline the employment problems young people may face.
She said: “Gen Z face a rapidly -changing world.
“It has been a privilege to work alongside organisations seeking to help these young people prepare for the world of work. In this lecture, I will discuss some of that work and reflect on the support young people may need as they enter the workforce.”
The free public talk will be held on Wednesday, and is called “Spot the Difference: The Employability Journeys of Generation Z”.
It will take place in the Sir Ian Wood Building at RGU’s Garthdee campus and is part of a lecture series.
