BUDDING musicians are being invited to take part in the Aberdeen’s first pianothon.
Held at Union Square, the event invites everyone, regardless of musical ability, to take up a thirty minute slot for their own mini recital.
Lynne Butler, marketing manager at Union Square, said: “There has been an incredible demand for people to play on the centre’s new baby grand piano since its installation, and we have already heard some incredible local talent impress our shoppers.”
Local pianists will also be in attendance to serenade shoppers throughout the day on Union Square’s new baby grand.
The Pianothon will take place on Saturday.
