Two teenagers who were charged after an Aberdeen shop was allegedly raided for booze have this afternoon been charged in connection with further incidents.
Police were called to the Scotmid store in the Sclattie Park area of Bucksburn just after 3am.
A window was smashed during the incident.
Two boys – aged 16 and 14 – were arrested and charged by officers in relation to the alleged break-in.
Police have now confirmed the same pair have been charged in connection with the vandalism of six vehicles in the Cloverfield Gardens area through the night.
David Chambers, Bucksburn Community Policing Inspector, said: “Again, I would like to thank those members of the community who have assisted police so far.
“Officers are still conducting inquiries in relation to these particular incidents and anyone with information should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 if you wish to remain anonymous.”
