A man shared intimate images of his fiancee on social media after discovering she had been having an affair with his brother.
The 21-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had been with the woman for 18 months and was engaged when the relationship broke down.
The man, from Aberdeen, pled guilty to sending the intimate images, which had not previously been shown to the public, without consent, and to repeatedly sending emails of an offensive nature.
Sheriff Sukhwinder Gill ordered him to carry out 225 hours of unpaid work.
Fiscal depute Lucy Simpson told Aberdeen Sheriff Court the pair got into an argument over his suspicions she was having an affair, during which he discovered messages on her phone between her and his brother, including intimate images.
