A man has admitted failing to supply breath samples to police.
Kevin McAndrew appeared yesterday at Aberdeen Sheriff Court and pled guilty to failing to provide two samples at Kittybrewster Police Office on May 13.
He also admitted failing to give the identity of the driver of a car at Northern Golf Club in Aberdeen on the same date.
Defence agent Ian Woodward-Nutt said he had too much to drink at a birthday party and had no memory of the dealing with police.
Sheriff Colin Dunipace deferred sentence on McAndrew, of Kepplehills Road, Bucksburn, until next month for reports and banned him from driving in the interim.
